Design and Reprographics
We can help and advise you during the design process to help develop practical solutions to all your packaging needs. We also offer a full reprographic service allowing us to generate artwork, amend existing artwork or produce plates from finished artwork supplied.
Proofing and Sample Making
We can supply a range of proofs from PDF’s to production quality wet proofs where required. We can also supply hand cut plain samples.
Printing
All forms of packaging can be printed in 1-4 colours (and / or any number of special colours) on board up to 850 microns in thickness. All our work is printed using UV accelerated ink drying which allows rapid turn around of orders.
Varnishing / Coating
We can apply gloss or matt UV varnish (overall or spot) or gloss or matt lamination to all printed work. We also offer a full range of coatings for blister cards and skinpack boards.
Finishing
In addition to our range of coatings we can offer a comprehensive range of finishing.

Skinpack Boards
We specialise in the printing of skin packing boards and can print boards up to 850 micron in thickness. These boards are printed using specialist materials (board and ink) which are designed for use in the skin packaging process. The boards can be supplied with or without coating (depending on the film you will apply) and can be perforated if required.
